Are there any hidden costs?
No. A 2'x6' banner will cost you $50 total. A 3'x8' banner will cost you $90 total. This includes full color printing on 13 oz vinyl, grommits on each corner, double hems on all 4 sides, shipping, and tax.

How long will my banner last?
Typically the banner will last outside 3-5 years. Indoors it could last 20 years.

When will I recieve my order?
You will recieve your order in 5-10 business days from when we recieve the order. If you need your order rushed, just email us at order@janeprinting.com. 2-day is an additional $18.00 and overnight is an additional $45.00. Same day rush is available. Email us if rush ordering.

Can I design my own banner?
Yes. For a 2'x6' banner; design the file 2 inches x 6 inches at 800 dpi. For a 3'x8' banner; design the file 3 inches x 8 inches at 800 dpi. We prefer Illustrator and Photoshop files. We take all files including jpg. Email your file to order@janeprinting.com. You can also include a disc when you mail your order form.

Does the banner come with grommets?
Grommets are free on every banner order. Grommets come standard on every corner and every 2 or 3 feet around banner. Special placement for grommets, no additional charge.

Do you take personal checks?
Yes. Make the check out to "Jane Printing, LLC".

Do you take Paypal?
Yes. Send total to order@janeprinting.com on paypal.com.

How do you ship?
We use UPS Ground unless you need your banner rushed. 2-day is an additional $18.00 and overnight is an additional $45.00.

Do you send a proof?
Yes if the design is custom or includes your own text. If the banner is common like "SALE" or "CLEARANCE" or "WELCOME HOME TROOPS"; we will not email you a proof. Proofs are emailed by the next business day.

How do I figure out how much my banner costs?
If the banner is not 2'x6' or 3'x8'; in feet, height multiplied by width multiplied by our current price per square feet. No additional costs.

How do get a logo onto the banner?
You need a high resolution file. IF its off the internet, it's going to look grainy and pixelated when enlarged. We can't make small logos big. If you have a logo you want on the banner, just email us the logo if you don't understand how to place it in your design.
